Progressive Building Systems Inc. is a provider of self-storage buildings. It was founded in 1990 and is presently owned and operated by David W. Seberras, P. Eng. 

PBS is an Ontario distributor of Rib-Roof products, the concealed clip roof that provides a 20 year warranty (new installations and re-roof projects). 

We supply and install DBCi roll-up doors, swing doors, corridors, and partitions.  Buildings are supplied and erected on the customer's foundation with engineered approval drawings such as site drainage plans, structural layouts, and foundation design.  We also provide assistance in securing approvals.
